Fees & payment

How we charge

  • Financial planning, including equity portfolio. For lower Assets under Management slabs, a fixed fee for a period of one year from the date of the agreement. For middle to higher AUM, a fixed percentage of AUM per annum.
  • Payment schedule. The annual fee is payable in four quarterly instalments, each covering that quarter and payable at the beginning of the quarter.
  • One-time second opinion on pre-managed assets. A one-time fee agreed in writing before the review begins.

The limits we work within

  • For individual and HUF clients, fees do not exceed ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of client under the fixed-fee mode, or 2.5% of Assets under Advice per annum per family of client.
  • Fee limits do not include statutory charges, and do not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
  • Advance fees, if agreed, do not exceed one year.
  • On premature termination by either side, a proportionate refund is payable for the unexpired period, subject to a breakage fee not greater than one quarter's fee.
  • Payment by cheque, online bank transfer, UPI or other specified modes — cash is not accepted. Fees may optionally be paid through CeFCoM, managed by BSE Limited.
  • Fees are payable only to the Investment Adviser's own bank account. We never accept funds or securities in our account on a client's behalf.

Applicable taxes are charged over and above the advisory fee. A duly signed receipt or invoice is issued for every payment received.

07

Conflict of interest & other disclosures

  • Wherever available, direct (non-commission based) plans of products are advised.
  • No commission, brokerage, referral fee or other consideration is received from any product manufacturer, distributor, broker or platform in respect of the advice rendered.
  • The Investment Adviser receives no consideration other than the advisory fee agreed with, and paid by, the client.
  • Any conflict of interest that may affect the services rendered to a client will be promptly disclosed to that client.
  • The Investment Adviser does not have any holding or position in the securities recommended that would compromise the independence of the advice; where any such interest exists, it is disclosed to the client at the time of the advice.
  • Client information is kept confidential and is not shared except where required in furtherance of discharging legal obligations, or with the client's specific consent.

We do not operate any Telegram channel, WhatsApp broadcast group, or paid "tips" group of any kind.
