Investor Charter in respect of Investment Advisers
The Investor Charter sets out the vision and mission for investors, the business transacted by an Investment Adviser, the services provided, the rights of investors, the grievance redressal mechanism, and the do's and don'ts expected of investors. It is issued by SEBI and applies to every registered Investment Adviser, including us.

Grievance redressal mechanism
All clients, in case of any grievance or complaint, may approach the Investment Adviser — at the given contact address, via email, WhatsApp or postal address — who shall strive to address the same at the earliest, but not later than 21 days of the receipt of the grievance.
In case the client is not satisfied with the resolution provided, they may escalate for resolution as per the given escalation matrix.

- Step 1 — the Investment Adviser. Contact us using the details above.
- Step 2 — SEBI SCORES. Lodge your complaint on SCORES 2.0, SEBI's web-based centralised grievance redressal system, at scores.sebi.gov.in. A complaint against an Investment Adviser goes through a two-level review — first by the designated body (IAASB) and thereafter by SEBI. You may also email the designated email id of the IAASB.
- Step 3 — SMART ODR. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may file the complaint on the SMART ODR platform at smartodr.in for resolution through online conciliation or arbitration.

Fees & payment
How we charge
- Financial planning, including equity portfolio. For lower Assets under Management slabs, a fixed fee for a period of one year from the date of the agreement. For middle to higher AUM, a fixed percentage of AUM per annum.
- Payment schedule. The annual fee is payable in four quarterly instalments, each covering that quarter and payable at the beginning of the quarter.
- One-time second opinion on pre-managed assets. A one-time fee agreed in writing before the review begins.
The limits we work within
- For individual and HUF clients, fees do not exceed ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of client under the fixed-fee mode, or 2.5% of Assets under Advice per annum per family of client.
- Fee limits do not include statutory charges, and do not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
- Advance fees, if agreed, do not exceed one year.
- On premature termination by either side, a proportionate refund is payable for the unexpired period, subject to a breakage fee not greater than one quarter's fee.
- Payment by cheque, online bank transfer, UPI or other specified modes — cash is not accepted. Fees may optionally be paid through CeFCoM, managed by BSE Limited.
- Fees are payable only to the Investment Adviser's own bank account. We never accept funds or securities in our account on a client's behalf.
Applicable taxes are charged over and above the advisory fee. A duly signed receipt or invoice is issued for every payment received.
Conflict of interest & other disclosures
- The Investment Adviser does not carry on any distribution activity. Neither the Investment Adviser nor any group entity or family member provides distribution services to a client or a client's family members.
- Wherever available, direct (non-commission based) plans of products are advised.
- No commission, brokerage, referral fee or other consideration is received from any product manufacturer, distributor, broker or platform in respect of the advice rendered.
- The Investment Adviser receives no consideration other than the advisory fee agreed with, and paid by, the client.
- Any conflict of interest that may affect the services rendered to a client will be promptly disclosed to that client.
- The Investment Adviser does not have any holding or position in the securities recommended that would compromise the independence of the advice; where any such interest exists, it is disclosed to the client at the time of the advice.
- Client information is kept confidential and is not shared except where required in furtherance of discharging legal obligations, or with the client's specific consent.
- Client accounts and holdings are never accessed for the purpose of offering advice, and no power of attorney over any client account is held.

Beware of impersonation. We communicate with clients only from the official telephone number and email id published on this website. We do not operate any Telegram channel, WhatsApp broadcast group, or paid "tips" group of any kind. If anyone approaches you in our name promising assured returns, guaranteed profits, or asking you to transfer money to a third-party account, it is not us — please report it to us and to SEBI immediately.
- We never accept funds or securities in our account on your behalf.
- We never ask for login credentials or OTPs for your trading, demat or bank accounts.
- We cannot execute any trade on your behalf without your specific and positive consent on every trade.
- Investment advice is given only to clients who have completed onboarding, KYC and risk profiling under a signed agreement.
