About the Adviser

A single adviser, accountable to you and to SEBI.

Anudeep Yadav Individual Investment Adviser SEBI Reg. No. INA000020961

Anudeep Yadav is an Individual Investment Adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India and enlisted with BSE Limited, the Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body (IAASB), under enlistment number 2315.

The work is deliberately narrow. We do not sell products, we do not accept your funds or securities, and we earn nothing except the advisory fee you agree to in writing. Where a product has a direct (non-commission) plan, that is what gets recommended — because the alternative would put our interest ahead of yours.

Advice is given only after a documented risk profile and a suitability assessment, and it is reviewed with you on an ongoing basis. Everything material — fees, conflicts of interest, the limits of what we can and cannot do — is set out in the advisory agreement before any engagement begins.

Fiduciary by design

No distribution services to you or your family, no commissions, no incentive to churn a portfolio.

Plan first, securities later

Insurance and risk cover, goals and cashflows come before any conversation about individual stocks.

Fees within SEBI limits

Charged under the fixed-fee or Assets under Advice mode, within the ceilings SEBI prescribes for individual and HUF clients.

Services

Two ways to work together.

Both are advisory engagements. In neither case do we execute trades, hold your money, or take custody of your securities.

01

Financial planning, including equity portfolio

An engagement that begins with a review of your personal risk profile, then structures your goals against your financial position. It covers:

  • Advisory on insurance-related risks for the family.
  • Shortlisted goal-based investment portfolios.
  • Advisory on maintaining a generic diversified portfolio for growth or income, depending on your requirement.
  • Advisory on specific securities, based on your assessed risk profile.

How the fee works

In line with SEBI guidelines, a fixed fee is charged for lower Assets under Management slabs, for a period of one year from the date of the agreement. For middle to higher AUM, the fee is a fixed percentage of AUM per annum. The annual fee is payable in four quarterly instalments, each at the beginning of the quarter.

02

One-time second opinion on pre-managed assets

A single, self-contained review for clients who want an independent opinion on assets currently being managed elsewhere — typically through a Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD).

The review is carried out on your existing holdings, subject to compliance with the processes stipulated by SEBI for such engagements, and ends with a written opinion. There is no ongoing obligation on either side afterwards.

  • Independent look at what you already hold.
  • Suitability checked against your own risk profile, not the product's marketing.
  • Direct-plan alternatives identified where they exist.

What we will never do: guarantee a return, accept funds or securities into our account, execute a trade without your specific and positive consent on every trade, or ask for your trading, demat or bank login credentials and OTPs.
